QUERY AND SEARCH RESTRICTION
According to EagleView Technical Support there is an approximate 8 second time limit on queries and searches in CONNECTExplorer. If a search/query reaches the time limit it will return the results it was able to gather. Note that the results returned can be incomplete depending on connection speeds.
CHECK YOUR WORK
Be sure to zoom out to an appropriate map scale in order to determine if the results of your search/query are incomplete (look for unselected/unidentified features. Searches and queries using buffers typically relate to parcels can be applied to other features/map layers.
SOLUTION
The recommended suggestion from Technical Support is to reduce the buffer distance in order to obtain all the results in a smaller defined area. An alternative solution for queries and searches requiring a larger buffer distance designed for notification purposes will be added to the GIS project list.
