VPN (Virtual Private Network) provides access to network drives to remote/mobile users.
Remote users must be approved by department heads. Once approved, IT has to configure the user with access to the VPN depending on the applications that the user needs. IT needs to install VPN Client. To request VPN go to the Helpdesk and Choose "Request a New Service".
