There are two ways to check your voicemail when you are away from the office.
1. Dial 651.201.0222 when prompted enter your 10 digit phone number beginning with the 218 area code. You will then be asked for your pin; this is the same pin you enter when checking your voicemails in the office.
OR,
2. Dial your office phone number. Once your voicemail greeting begins dial *. You will be asked to enter your ID followed by # this is your 10 digit phone number. Next you will be prompted to enter your PIN followed by #., this is the same pin you enter when checking your voicemails in the office.
